AGO Cleaning & Maintenance is a family owned and operated company. In 2002, the owner of AGO joined an office cleaning company in southern Florida and rapidly established himself as the quality model for everyone else in the company to follow. His biggest challenge was having his supervisors tell him to hold back on the level of service he wanted to provide so as to avoid creating too high expectations. A couple of years later he moved to central Florida and began his own cleaning & maintenance organization where he could establish his own quality standards and shape his own destiny.
There is only one first impression. When a customer initially visits a plaza or a store within a given shopping center, a perception is experienced within that customer’s mind. The general atmosphere of the business and/or plaza visited combined with the shopping experience will determine the likelihood of that person returning to conduct business at that location.
Similarly, the professional image created by a clean and well-groomed campus of a company drives employees’ pride and leads to better performance and productivity.
